Job Information
Join our team at EverythingPadel, an online store specialising in padel tennis equipment. We are seeking an organised individual with good attention to detail to assist with our daily orders. You will play an important role in keeping things running smoothly.
This part-time role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time, and correctly!
Our store is a sports e-commerce brand, so an interest in sports is not a requirement, but of course beneficial!
This role is for the morning shift, 8AM–11AM, to support our existing store assistant who works from 11AM–3PM. Due to a high volume of daily orders, we’re now hiring an extra team member to help manage the increased workload and keep everything running smoothly.
Job Description
Order Fulfillment (80% of your role)
- Prepare and ship customer orders within designated time frames.
- Ensure all orders are packed securely and in line with brand standards.
- Use our Cricut machine to personalise water bottles with customer-specified names.
- Checking carefully each order is correct and all items are in good condition.
Organising/tidying
- Organise stock into the right place.
- Tidy away rubbish to keep the work area clean.
- Unpacking new deliveries and checking off stock.
Requirements
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, especially in order fulfilment.
- Communication: Be able to communicate with other team members.
- Time Management: Punctual and able to manage work within the allotted hours of 8 AM to 11 AM
- Education: Good standard of English, as may have to communicate with customers/team members.
- Computer Skills: For checking orders, creating labels, printing labels, editing orders.
